An individual carrying out professional activity can issue invoices in their own name. For regular activity, first confirm your registration and applicable tax treatment with the Portuguese Tax Authority.
Not yet. Documents currently prepared in the app are previews without tax validity and are not reported to the Portuguese Tax Authority. You must still issue valid tax documents through official channels or suitable software.
